This agreement outlines the terms governing your accessing, viewing, or using the the Programs provided by CEEDEO GURUKUL PRIVATE LIMITED (The Company), a company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. By accessing the Platform (referred to as "CDO Gurukul") defined as the website www.cdogurukul.com (The Website) and mobile apps, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Please familiarize yourself with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other platform policies. Your acceptance of these Terms is mandatory for accessing the Programs. If you disagree, you are not authorized to use the Programs.

Specific Programs may have separate terms regarding refunds, payments, etc. In case of conflict, corporate clients' written agreements supersede these Terms.

Terms also apply to CDO Gurukul -hosted mobile apps, WhatsApp/Facebook groups, Instagram pages, and other forums. Some parts may be provided by third-party service providers; adherence to their terms is required.

User Accounts, Registration, and Services

To participate and apply for a Program, register for a User Account through a two-step verification process. Payment grants access, and the invoice serves as proof.

In exceptional circumstances, if access is granted pending payment and not received within the stipulated time, CDO Gurukul may withdraw access without notice.

Users agree not to share account access and to create only one User Account, providing accurate and current information.

Students commit to completing relevant assignments in addition to general User Account obligations.

Use of Programs

CDO Gurukul reserves the right to modify Programs, schedules, and services at its discretion. Users acknowledge that CDO Gurukul may limit, suspend, or terminate access without liability.

CDO Gurukul is not liable for non-availability due to uncontrollable events. Users can terminate participation with notice, and access to online lectures/webinars is exclusive.

Users are responsible for their equipment and services to access the Platform, and charges incurred are their responsibility.

Keep in mind that these Terms may change without notice, so it's essential to regularly review them. Your continued use implies acceptance of any modifications.

Educational Partners and Accreditation

CDO Gurukul is not a university but an education service provider collaborating with various Educational Partners, including universities, institutions, government bodies, corporations, and individuals.

Admission to degree/diploma programs, when provided, is separate from participation in CDO Gurukul Programs. Users acknowledge that these Terms do not enroll them in an Educational Partner or grant access to their resources beyond CDO Programs.

CDO Gurukul may provide credentials for program completion at its discretion. Certificates are awarded based on meeting CDO Gurukul and Educational Partner criteria. Academic credit or certification is solely at the discretion of the Educational Partner.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, software, graphics, and materials on the Platform, is owned by CDO Gurukuland protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use of content or trademarks is prohibited.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

CDO Gurukul respects third-party intellectual property rights. Users must not engage in unauthorized use or infringement. CDO Gurukul is not liable for any such unauthorized use and users indemnify CDO Gurukul against related claims.

Limited License

Users are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and Programs, subject to the Terms. Downloading or copying content for non-commercial, personal use is allowed. Reverse engineering or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct Policy

Users must comply with local and international laws and not engage in unethical practices. Prohibited actions include phishing, cheating on assignments, and harassment. CDO Gurukul may report illegal activities to authorities.

Users are responsible for the content they post, ensuring it does not infringe on intellectual property rights, violate laws, or mislead others. CDO Gurukul acts as an intermediary for user-generated content, following legal guidelines.

User Content

Users maintain ownership of their submitted content.

CDO Gurukul is granted a license to utilize, distribute, and display the content.

CDO Gurukul can exercise the right to remove any user content at its discretion.

Users are accountable for the accuracy and legality of their content.

Platform Security

Users are prohibited from compromising platform security.

Prohibited activities encompass unauthorized access, interference, and unsolicited emails.

CDO Gurukul makes no warranties regarding content, services, or outcomes.

CDO Gurukul disclaims responsibility for Linked Sites' accuracy or content.

Indemnity

You as an user agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CDO Gurukul, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents for all losses, costs, actions, claims, damages, expenses (including legal costs) or liabilities, that arise from or relate to (a) your use or misuse of the Website or Services or Content; (b) violation of any of the terms of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any of our intellectual property rights or third party’s intellectual property; (d) the use of our Services and any connected interaction with Third Party Payment Service Providers. CDO Gurukul reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.

CDO Gurukul and partners bear no responsibility for indirect, special, or incidental damages. All liability of CDO Gurukul, its directors, officers, employees, and agents is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permissible under law for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, and consequential losses or damages howsoever arising from:

  • you use of content provided by third parties;
  • any unauthorized access or use of our secure servers.
  • We shall not be liable or responsible for:

  • Interruption or cessation of use of our Website or Services or performance of any of our other obligations under these Terms due to any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure;
  • Our inability to meet your individual requirements from the Website or Services as it is your responsibility to ensure whether the Website or Services are adequate to meet your own individual expectations prior to registering or subscribing on our Website and for our Services respectively.
